In this project, a townhouse in San Sebastián de los Reyes was transformed into a spacious and welcoming home, full of unique details and design solutions that enhance functionality and style.
A space where light and comfort flow together
We start with the ground floor, where the main protagonist is the kitchen open to the living room. By eliminating walls, we create an open-plan space with much more light and more comfortable flows. The peninsula is the heart of this floor, with a bar that becomes the meeting point of the whole house.
Imagine enjoying a chat, while cooking or having a coffee, and that also connects you directly to the living room and the rest of the house!

Total transformation of the master bedroom
The upper floor is designed for rest and comfort, with the master bedroom being the star space. Here two rooms were merged, creating a spacious and multifunctional room. In this suite there are different areas that flow and connect: a dressing area to organise all your clothes elegantly, a rest area that invites you to relax, and, as a spectacular touch, a round bathtub in the centre of the space - just separating the sleeping area from the dressing room. This detail creates an atmosphere of luxury and privacy, turning every day into a spa experience at home.
In addition, the en-suite bathroom was completely refurbished to integrate into the open concept of the master bedroom. The idea was to achieve a visual and functional harmony between the different areas, where every detail is thought out.
